This is a normal domestic ceiling fan type winding data, which is used in many workshops.
Starting Coil Winding Data
This data is for the starting (auxiliary) coil.
Total Starting Coils: 12 coils
Turns per Starting Coil: 345 turns
Starting Wire Gauge: SWG 36 (Use enameled copper wire)
Simple Explanation:
You will need to make 12 coils to start with.
Each coil should have 345 turns of wire.
Keep the wire size 36 SWG – do not make it too thick or thin, otherwise both current and heat will change.

Running Coil Winding Data
Now let's talk about the running (main) coil.
Total Running Coils: 12 coils
Turns per Running Coil: 390 turns
Running Wire Gauge: RWG 36 (same size as starting)
Here the wire size of the running coil is also kept at 36 SWG, but there are more turns, so:
Maintains torque and speed
The fan runs smoothly
Points worth noting:
The running coil has more turns than the starting coil (345 vs 390)
Both have the same gauge wire, which keeps the winding compact and balanced.

Some Important Tips While Winding Karte
Keep Slot Filling Proper
Insert the starting and running coils in the correct sequence in slot 14.
Keep equal filling in every slot, uneven filling can cause vibration.
Don't forget the direction
Keep the winding direction of all coils the same (or follow the factory pattern).
The phase difference between starting and running comes from the capacitor, hence it is very important that the connection is correct.
Make sure to use insulation
Don't forget to put slot paper/insulation paper.
Apply finishing tape over the coil so that the winding does not become loose.
Be sure to do the testing last
After winding is complete, check continuity, insulation resistance (if meter is available) and no-load current.

Automatic Ceiling Fan Winding Machine Note
If you are using automatic ceiling fan winding biodata machine, to:
You can set the following data in the machine:
Starting: 12 coils × 345 turns, SWG 36
Running: 12 coils × 390 turns, SWG 36
Make sure the turn counter of the machine is working properly.
