Not only this. The length of their impellers is also very long because the number of amplifiers involved in them is more than one; Which depends on the depth of the borewell. If the borewell is less deep So a submersible impeller with fewer amplifiers works. But if the depth of the borewell is more,
then more amplifiers have to be installed in proportion to the depth. This work is done by the motor manufacturer while determining the head of the motor. The number of impellers (bowls) and amplifiers is kept very high in submersible pumps that extract water from greater depths.
The reason for this is to enable the motor to lift the water to a great height. For example, the length of the impeller of the pump used in mineral oil wells is kept very long. When the motor and impeller are combined, the length of the entire submersible pump becomes 3-4 feet. According to its power and capacity, there is a difference in its length.
